It is often said that the best companies come not from a good idea, but from meeting a challenge, and Jason Simpson’s challenge was simple. He wanted to make sure that others did not suffer the same setbacks that he had when he purchased his first two homes in the USA.
Unfortunately I was one of the thousands of Australians who fell for the “Direct from the wholesales no middle man deals” and lost both of my homes due to poor location and broken promises, It isn’t hard to see who I am talking about as most companies do this as you may be unaware this practice is unregulated here in Australia and yes I got caught like so many 10’s of thousands of others.
